Refund and Returns Policy

At Amala360, we take pride in serving high-quality Nigerian cuisine and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund and returns policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or replacements may be issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we generally do not accept returns. However, refunds or replacements may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect or missing items in your order.
  • Spoiled or compromised food upon delivery or pickup.
  • Unsatisfactory experience due to food quality issues, verified by our team.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Food items that have been consumed or partially eaten.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (e.g., ordering the wrong item or quantity).
  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared or delivered.
  • Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather conditions).

4. Reporting Issues & Requesting a Refund

If you encounter an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Promptly: Notify us within 30 minutes of receiving your order via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
  2. Provide Proof: Share clear photos of the food item(s) in question, along with your order receipt.
  3. Resolution Options: Depending on the issue, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit for your next purchase.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • If a refund is not possible, we may offer store credit or a discount on your next order.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders canceled before preparation begins may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Orders canceled after preparation has started are non-refundable.
  • Bulk or catering orders must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

7. Event Catering & Special Orders

  • For catering services, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable due to prior preparations.
